AMENDED NEPA DETERMINATION: (See attached original Determination, dated March 15, 2023). This Amended Determination follows the approval of additional funding, period of performance, and new project milestones to support the project team's small-scale research and development activities to finalize their software to model and simulate construction performance using as-planned Building Information Modeling (BIM) and as-built point clouds of off-site components by employing automated data collection solutions for capturing as-built conditions of pre-fabricated components using robotics and visual sensors. Specifically, the project team will test and validate their software platform at two energy construction projects and collect and incorporate additional data at those sites for use in enhancing product features.
