The Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) has received an application to renew the State Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (SPDES) permit listed below. Pursuant to 6 NYCRR 750-1.16, DEC intends to renew the permit administratively, maintaining the current SPDES permit effluent limitations and monitoring and report requirements.
