Kelly statement on Supreme Court ruling on tariffs

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Today, U.S. Rep. Mike Kelly (R-PA), Chairman of the Ways & Means Subcommittee on Tax, released the following statement after today's U.S. Supreme Court ruling regarding the scope of the President's authority under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act.

"President Trump has committed to using every tool in the toolbox to ensure American companies can fairly compete in the global economy. Following today's Supreme Court ruling, I look forward to working with the President and his administration to make sure Pennsylvania businesses can continue to do just that," said Rep. Kelly.
