Koncernchef Niels B. Christiansen fratræder som bestyrelsesformand for Axcels fonde

Niels B. Christiansen, der har været bestyrelsesmedlem i Axcels fonde siden 2005, overtager formandsposten fra direktør Johan Schrøder. Johan Schrøder har været bestyrelsesformand siden 2006 og var via Investeringsselskabet af 30.4.1992 med til at etablere Axcel i 1994. Johan Schrøder, der fylder 70 til maj, fortsætter i fondenes bestyrelser frem til forårets generalforsamlinger i 2010.

Niels B. Christiansen er endvidere medlem af bestyrelsen i bl.a. TrygVesta A/S, Bang & Olufsen A/S og William Demant Holding A/S.
