TransForce at Accelerate!: Connecting With the Industry and Celebrating Our Women in Trucking
TransForce joined transportation professionals from across the industry at Women In Trucking's Accelerate! Conference & Expo for conversations, connections, and an opportunity to celebrate the women who help keep our industry moving.
The conference brings people together to learn, share experiences, and support the advancement of women in transportation. For our team, it was also a chance to highlight the women at TransForce whose work supports drivers, customers, and colleagues every day.
Our Women in Trucking
As part of our presence at Accelerate!, we shared a series of employee spotlights celebrating women across TransForce. Their stories show the many ways a career in transportation can begin, along with the relationships and opportunities that make people stay.
Sunny Jameson | Regional Vice President, Central
13 years at TransForce
Sunny started processing freight bills at her family's freight company at 18. She brings that early experience in freight operations to her work leading and developing the teams that support fleets and drivers across the Central region.
Lauren Hale | Regional Vice President, North
13 years at TransForce
Lauren began in sales support, working on contracts and DOT compliance before moving into account management, sales, and regional leadership. She brings experience on both sides of a fleet account, from understanding customer requirements to developing the team responsible for meeting them.
Danielle Bansch | National Account Manager
16 years at TransForce
Danielle joined TransForce as a driver recruiter in 2010. She now brings a recruiter's perspective to national accounts, helping customers think through what a role requires and what makes it a good fit for the drivers they need.
Julie Champion | Senior Vice President, Operations & Performance Management
2 years at TransForce
Julie spent more than 26 years at Randstad, progressing from national account manager to Senior Vice President and Global Head of Sales Operations. She brings that staffing and operations experience to TransForce, where she focuses on making the hiring process more efficient for carriers and more respectful of drivers' time.
Lisa Cox | Territory Manager
5 months at TransForce
Lisa came into trucking through sales. She works directly with fleet leaders to understand how their operations run, where they're having trouble finding drivers, and what kind of staffing support fits their needs.
Valentina Otero | Marketing Manager
4 years at TransForce
Valentina followed her father, a logistics manager, and her brother into transportation. At TransForce, she uses marketing to help people explore careers as truck drivers and find resources to take their next step.
Amy Pace | Area Director, South
23 years in trucking
Amy started as a driver operations specialist in 2003 and grew up around owner-operators in her family. Her background gives her a firsthand understanding of driver operations and what drivers look for in a role where they can succeed.
Jessica Moneymaker | Recruiter, South Region
2 years at TransForce
Jessica brought nearly 15 years of experience in healthcare and finance to driver recruiting. She builds relationships with candidates to understand what they're looking for and connect them with opportunities that fit.
Brandy Brown | Director, Driver Qualification & Compliance Operations
20 years at TransForce
Brandy first got to know the industry through her grandfather's trucking company. Today, she leads driver qualification and compliance operations, bringing two decades of TransForce experience to the work of supporting drivers and helping fleets meet qualification requirements.
Madison Richard | Performance Marketing Manager
2 years at TransForce
Madison began working with smaller carriers and trucking recruitment providers at an agency. At TransForce, she builds recruitment campaigns that help recruiters reach drivers and help drivers discover job opportunities.
Sherri King | Senior Manager of Administration & HRIS
16+ years at TransForce
Sherri grew up spending time in the cab of her dad's truck. Today, she supports the administrative processes and HR systems that TransForce teams rely on to serve drivers and customers.
