WestView Capital Partners Welcomes Mike Alberts as Principal, Head of Business Development

Boston, MA - October 27, 2026 - WestView Capital Partners ("WestView"), a leading Boston-based growth equity firm, is pleased to announce that Mike Alberts has joined the firm as Principal, Head of Business Development. In this role, Mike will lead new investment development and evaluation initiatives, including identifying new portfolio company investments and add-on acquisition opportunities across all of WestView's industry sectors.

Prior to joining WestView, Mike served as Principal and Head of Business Development at Cohere Capital, where he sourced and helped manage private equity investments across multiple industries, including technology and business services.

Previously, Mike was Vice President of Operations at Shields Health Solutions, where he focused on strategic growth, business development and day-to-day operations serving the company's health system customers. Earlier in his career, Mike worked in private equity as a Senior Associate at Gauge Capital and in investment banking as an analyst at Houlihan Lokey and BB&T Capital Markets.

At WestView, Mike is responsible for leading new investment development and evaluation initiatives, including sourcing new portfolio company investments and identifying add-on acquisition opportunities across the firm's target sectors. His combined experience in private equity investing, business development and operations will further strengthen WestView's ability to identify attractive investment opportunities and build lasting partnerships with founders and management teams.

Mike received his B.A. in Markets and Culture (Behavioral Economics) and English from Southern Methodist University.
