November People Powers Award

Congratulations to Training and Compliance Specialist Ben Berg and DevOps Engineer Tim Pangburn for earning the November People Powers award! Ben and Tim were nominated by Denise Thompson for acting with a 'Raise the Bar' mindset. Additionally, Tim was nominated by Scott Hansen (Change Champion) and Ben nominated by Chad Hagen (Own It).

Denise recognized Ben and Tim's consistent display of Dairyland's Teamwork, and Grow and Learn People Powers, as well as their commitment to 200% Accountability by promoting a safe work environment and our overall strategic priorities.

"Recently, Tim and Ben went above and beyond expectations to ensure the system operations teams successfully completed the cutover for new software that directly communicates meter information with MISO and ties it out with local balancing authorities from Oct. 31 to Nov. 2," Densie shared. "This new functionality reduces the potential for keystroke errors, manual entries, rework and wait times, and is a critical component in reducing risk for Dairyland."

Densie also highlighted their ability to collaborate and engage teams, learn new skills and technology, and how these actions support Dairyland's commitment to excellence. "Through their consistent demonstration of these skills, Tim and Ben lead the way in helping us realize our cooperative purpose, advancing Dairyland's vision, mission and values as change champions," Denise said.
