Pine Tree expands retail portfolio with management assignment in downtown Naperville

OAK BROOK, Ill. (Sep 11, 2024) - Pine Tree today announced that it was awarded the management of River District, a mixed-use shopping center located in downtown Naperville, Ill and recently acquired by Chicago-based Bucksbaum Properties.

Developed in 1988, the 59,000-square-foot shopping center is located at the entrance to historic downtown Naperville and along the Riverwalk. The asset's tenants include Rosebud, Fat Rosie's Taco & Tequila Bar, Chipotle, and Five Guys, in addition to second-floor office space.
