New North Las Vegas retail center on former Texas Station site nearly fully leased
The developer of a new shopping center in North Las Vegas has finished construction, saying the project, on a former casino site, is almost fully leased.
Agora Realty & Management announced Tuesday that it completed construction on Hylo Park South, a 90,750-square-foot complex at the southeast corner of Rancho Drive and Lake Mead Boulevard.
