(Washington, DC) - In today's Senate hearing examining the President's budget request for the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), U.S. Senator Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH), a senior member of the U.S. Senate Appropriations Committee, grilled HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. on why crucial global health vaccine funding has not been delivered despite being appropriated by Congress.
