Commissioner Causey to address floodplain managers in Carteret County Tuesday

RALEIGH
May 4, 2026

Insurance Commissioner Mike Causey will speak to the North Carolina Association of Floodplain Managers annual conference on Tuesday, May 5, at 10:30 a.m. in Atlantic Beach. He will later present fire service awards at a ceremony at noon in Morehead City.

Here is Commissioner Causey's public schedule for the day:

10:30 a.m. - Speak at the N.C. Association of Floodplain Managers annual conference, DoubleTree by Hilton, 2717 W. Fort Macon Road, Atlantic Beach, N.C. 28512.

Noon - Present awards, Carteret County Fire Marshal's Office, 3820 Bridges St., Suite D, Morehead City, N.C. 28557.
