ATLANTA, June 15, 2026 - Pinnacle Financial Partners, which merged with Synovus Bank, has added 11 experienced financial services professionals across commercial banking, treasury management, wealth management and private banking roles in the Atlanta area and Northeast Georgia. Together, they bring more than 180 years of combined financial services experience serving businesses, business owners and individuals throughout Georgia and the Southeast.
The additions include:

These hires strengthen Pinnacle's ability to serve clients across a broad range of needs while continuing to expand the firm's presence across the region.
Pinnacle's merger with Synovus closed in January 2026, with systems and brand conversions to take place in March 2027.
Cindy Finley joins Pinnacle as executive director of treasury and payments at the Riverwood office with 25 years of experience. She most recently led treasury management sales teams across a multistate footprint at Cadence Bank and brings extensive experience in treasury management, payments and liquidity solutions.
Juliana Chaidez joins the Synovus office at Overton Park as a financial advisor with more than 17 years of financial services experience serving affluent, high-net-worth clients and business owner clients. Most recently with First Citizens Bank and previously with Truist, Wells Fargo and JPMorgan Chase, Chaidez specializes in wealth management, financial planning and private banking. She holds Certified Financial Plannerâ„¢, Certified Treasury Professional and Certified Exit Planning Advisor designations.
Linda Crumbley joins Pinnacle as a financial advisor at the Synovus-branded Johns Creek office in Suwannee. She brings more than 15 years of banking and business development experience, most recently serving as a business banking relationship manager with Ameris Bank.
Crystal Farrow joins the Synovus team at its Augusta office as a financial advisor serving commercial clients throughout Northeast Georgia. She brings more than 13 years of banking experience, most recently serving as a vice president and commercial banker with First Citizens Bank in Augusta.
Dawn McKenzie joins the Synovus team as a commercial banker in Woodstock. She brings more than 30 years of banking experience, most recently serving as a senior business relationship manager at JPMorgan Chase for 18 years, where she worked with businesses ranging from $5 million to $300 million in annual revenue.
Eric Maust joins the Synovus team as a financial advisor at Overton Park with 16 years of experience in financial services. Most recently a commercial banker with JPMorgan Chase, he has spent much of his career helping growing businesses align banking, treasury and strategic financial needs.
Patrick Haddock brings 20 years of experience to his role as a treasury management advisor at Pinnacle's Riverwood office. He comes from Truist, where he advised middle market companies on payments, cash flow and working capital solutions. He previously held treasury management leadership roles with Wells Fargo and leadership positions at The Coca-Cola Company and is a military veteran.
Lisa Holcombe joins Pinnacle as a treasury management advisor. She brings nearly 18 years of banking experience, most recently serving as a wholesale payments consultant with Truist. She previously held treasury management and commercial banking roles with Legacy State Bank and First American Bank and Trust and earned a finance degree from Kennesaw State University.
Shante Seals joins Pinnacle as a treasury management advisor at the Riverwood office. She has 16 years of financial services experience. Most recently with Citi, she specializes in cash management, payments and liquidity solutions for commercial clients and brings experience from both Citi and JPMorgan Chase.
Nikki Tanner joins the Synovus team as a trust portfolio manager at Overton Park. She brings more than 20 years of investment and wealth management experience, most recently with Crewcial Partners. Tanner previously held leadership roles with Wells Fargo and Bank of America.
Kimberly Elrod joins the Synovus team as an office leader at the Roswell location. She brings more than 15 years of banking and business development experience, most recently serving as business development officer for LGE Community Credit Union and with time spent at JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, Regions Bank and SunTrust.
