Anouck Bizien-Mourgue, Global Head of L'Oréal University for Augmented Marketing & Communications at L'Oréal, has been named Co-Chair of WFA's Marketing Capability Forum, where she will support the Forum's mission to strengthen marketing capabilities across a global network of leading brands.
WFA's Marketing Capability Forum brings together senior marketers from multinational companies who are focused on building and evolving high-performing marketing teams. It provides a platform for members to exchange practical insights on topics such as capability frameworks, organisational design, learning strategies and performance measurement through a mix of research, tools and collaborative sessions.
Her appointment comes at a time when organisations are placing renewed emphasis on future-ready skills, as marketing continues to be reshaped by digital acceleration, AI-driven transformation and evolving workforce expectations.
With more than 20 years of global leadership experience at L'Oréal, Anouck has driven marketing transformation, digital innovation, and capability development across some of the world's leading beauty brands.
"I'm excited to take on this role at a time when the pace of change in marketing has never been greater. As AI redefines the boundaries of our industry, building strong capabilities is more critical than ever to navigate this shift. I'm looking forward to working with peers across the Forum to share experiences and accelerate progress together to shape the future of marketing," said Anoukizien-Mourgue.
"The Forum continues to grow in both scale and impact as our members tackle increasingly complex capability challenges. Anouck brings valuable perspective and energy, and her leadership will help ensure the Forum remains the go-to community for senior marketers looking to build future-ready teams," said Julia Kraft, Associate Director, Global Marketing Services at WFA, welcoming the appointment.
The Forum has been shaped by contributions from previous leaders including Becky Verano (formerly Reckitt, now at Alliance Pharmaceuticals), Ryan Verschoor (AB InBev), and Pawan Kumar Marella (Unilever) and remains a key community for marketers focused on capability transformation.
The next in-person meeting will take place on 18 September in London, hosted by Unilever, with members coming together to discuss how marketing capability can accelerate business growth.
