Court Closure for Thanksgiving Holiday (November 26-27, 2026)
The Byron White United States Courthouse and the Tenth Circuit Clerk's Office will be closed on Thursday, November 26, 2026 and Friday, November 27, 2026 for observance of Thanksgiving. CM/ECF will remain available. Any deadlines that fall on November 26, 2026 or November 27, 2026 are extended in accordance with Fed. R. App. P. 26(a). Notice of emergency filings submitted on November 26, 2026 and November 27, 2026 must be sent to [email protected] and counsel should leave a voicemail at (303) 335-2824 to ensure prompt processing.
