Gamma Technologies (GT), the global leader in multi-physics systems simulation platforms, today announced the availability of AI.modeler, the newest tool in GT Intelligence Studio, the company's AI-driven engineering platform built directly into GT-SUITE. AI.modeler joins AI.advisor and AI.coder as part of GT Intelligence Studio, with every capability natively embedded into the GT-SUITE interface. These AI tools reduce repetitive simulation work, improve the consistency of engineering analysis, and free up time for innovation.
A significant share of an engineer's time is spent not on innovation, but on manually building models attribute by attribute, and potentially writing scripts for post-processing and reporting. GT Intelligence Studio is built to close that gap, handling the time-consuming parts of the job so engineers can focus on the judgment calls that require their expertise.
Three AI Tools, One Environment, Built into GT-SUITE
GT Intelligence Studio brings together three purpose-built AI tools, each grounded in GT's own documentation, product knowledge, and simulation expertise:
AI.modeler is now available! Following a period of Beta testing, AI.modeler has moved to full production release and is available to GT-SUITE customers today.
Productivity, Quality, and Innovation Gains
In a recent project, an engineer used AI.modeler to build a single-cylinder valve train model directly from CAD data, a workflow involving extensive geometric data entry, part dimensioning, surface properties, and valve timing parameters. The task, which previously required 16 hours of manual engineering time, was completed in 4 hours with GT Intelligence Studio, a 75% reduction.

Built to Scale Across the Enterprise
GT Intelligence Studio is designed to compound in value across a team. Semantic long-term memory retains an engineer's preferences on their local computer; naming conventions, modeling patterns, and project context across sessions. A persistent work plan tracks progress on long, multi-step simulation projects and coordinates hand-offs between agents automatically. Enterprise-ready features, including reusable skills for encoding multi-step workflows and Model Context Protocol (MCP) support for connecting to enterprise tools and data sources, allow organizations to scale AI-driven simulation expertise across their entire engineering team.
Availability and Data Security
GT Intelligence Studio is available in three tiers. AI.advisor and AI.coder are included with every full GT-SUITE seat at no additional cost. The Professional tier adds AI.modeler with higher usage limits as a paid seat add-on. The Enterprise tier is designed for organizations that need all three tools at custom usage levels.
GT Intelligence Studio is SaaS-hosted by GT on AWS with secure data handling. Customer GT-SUITE model files remain local to the user's machine; only task-specific data required to complete a request is transmitted and is encrypted in transit.
Dan Marsh, Vice President of AI Strategy and Enterprise Systems at Gamma Technologies said, "With GT Intelligence Studio, engineers are spending less time on manual model setup and more time on the analysis and decisions that require their expertise. AI.advisor, AI.coder, and AI.modeler now work together as one system, this is the foundation for where we're taking AI-driven engineering next."
