Arlington Welcomes Tricia Pfannkuch as Regional Vice President

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - [June 23, 2026] - Arlington Properties announced the addition of Tricia Pfannkuch as Regional Vice President, bringing more than two decades of multifamily housing leadership experience to the company's growing operations team.

Pfannkuch joins Arlington with an extensive background leading both stabilized and lease-up communities across a variety of ownership structures. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for strengthening operations, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional experiences for residents and ownership partners.

In her new role, Pfannkuch will oversee a regional portfolio of Arlington communities, partnering with onsite teams to support operational excellence, drive performance, and further the company's commitment to outstanding customer service. As part of Arlington's long-term leadership strategy, she will spend the coming months becoming immersed in the portfolio and working alongside the company's leadership team to ensure continued success across the region.

Prior to joining Arlington Properties, Pfannkuch held leadership positions with AvalonBay Communities and Quarterra, where she managed portfolios totaling more than 7,000 apartment homes across multiple markets. Her experience spans operations, team development, financial performance, and new community lease-ups.

Known for her collaborative leadership style and passion for mentoring others, Pfannkuch believes strong teams are the foundation of exceptional communities. She is committed to fostering an environment where associates are empowered to succeed while maintaining a high standard of service for residents and clients alike.

Outside of work, Pfannkuch enjoys spending time with her adult son and daughter, prioritizing health and wellness, and traveling with family and friends.
