Minister of Education visits Darat Mohammed Jaber Al-Ansari...

Dr. Mohammed bin Mubarak Juma, Minister of Education, visited Darat Mohammed Jaber Al-Ansari for Thought and Culture, where he met Hala bint Mohammed Jaber Al Ansari, Advisor to HM the King for Cultural and Scientific Affairs, and Founding Member of the Darat, and Maysa bint Mohammed Jaber Al-Ansari, Chairperson of the Darat's Board of Trustees.

The visit, attended by officials from the Ministry of Education's Knowledge Resources Centres, included a tour of the Darat's collection of books, publications, research papers, documents, and personal archives of the late Dr. Mohammed Jaber Al-Ansari, showcasing his academic achievements, cultural legacy, and intellectual contributions.

The minister commended the late Dr. Al-Ansari's distinguished scholarly contributions, noting that his works have enriched the Arab intellectual landscape and remain important references for researchers and scholars. He also praised the Darat's efforts to preserve and promote his intellectual and cultural legacy.

The meeting reviewed prospects for cooperation between the Ministry and the Darat, particularly in enhancing collaboration with the Ministry's Knowledge Resources Centres to facilitate access to Dr. Al-Ansari's books, research, and archival collections, while supporting academic research on his intellectual and cultural heritage.

The meeting also discussed ways to enhance cooperation in student activities, particularly in the fields of arts and culture.
