28th Sitting of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications

At the sitting held on 26 August 2026, the members of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications considered in detail:

  1. Bill amending and modifying the Law on Planning and Construction;
  2. Bill amending and modifying the Law on Special Conditions for Recording and Registration of Rights to Real Estate;
  3. Bill on Measures to Reduce the Costs of Deploying Very High-Capacity Electronic Communications Networks, all submitted by the Government.

Of the 14 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Planning and Construction, the Government and the Committee accepted one. The Committee also submitted and amendment of its own, which was accepted by the submitter of the Bill.

Of the 29 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Special Conditions for Recording and Registration of Rights to Real Estate, the Government and the Committee accepted four. Previously, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues had rejected one as incomplete.

Of the five amendments submitted to the Bill on Measures to Reduce the Costs of Deploying Very High-Capacity Electronic Communications Networks, the Government and the Committee accepted one.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Ugljesa Markovic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Vesna Savovic-Petkovic, Dragana Arsic, Nenad Filipovic, Miroslav Kondic, Tomislav Jankovic, Miroslav Petrasinovic, Branislav Josifovic, Dragan Stanojevic, Dalibor Scekic, Jasmina Karanac and Stasa Stojanovic.
