A public hearing to consider the possible parole of Herbert Collins, #121206
The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. to consider the possible parole of Herbert Collins, #121206. The hearing will be conducted via video using Microsoft Teams.

Herbert Collins was sentenced to a term of Life for the crime of Murder 2nd Degree. Herbert Collins was sentenced on September 25, 1968, out of Muskegon County.
Caitlin McGinn, Member of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
When logging into the hearing, your video camera must be turned off and audio muted to eliminate distraction during the hearing.
