Southbound I-196 resurfacing near Covert starts April 20

COLOMA, Mich. - The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) and contractor Reith-Riley Construction Co. will be resurfacing about 7 miles of southbound I-196 from south of the Berrien/Van Buren County line to 32nd Avenue.

The $3.6 million investment includes milling and resurfacing, shoulder corrugations and pavement markings.
