New online address tool helps property owners identify county service providers
Four Corners, FL- Lake, Orange, Osceola, and Polk counties have collaborated on a new online
address tool to help the nearly 60,000 residents of the Four Corners area identify which county is
responsible for providing their public services. This tool empowers Four Corners residents with
accurate information to help them stay informed, save time and connect directly with the agencies
that serve their community.
The project was initiated by the Four Corners Task Force, a group established through an interlocal
agreement among the four counties. The task force is led by the respective district commissioners
and aims to improve coordination in government planning and service delivery across the region.
The Four Corners area is a unique region in Central Florida where the boundaries of Lake, Orange,
Osceola, and Polk counties converge. This fast-growing community includes a mix of residential
neighborhoods, commercial developments and tourism destinations, all within proximity to major
transportation infrastructure.
Navigating local services in this census-designated place can be confusing for residents and
businesses because the region spans multiple counties and U.S. Postal addresses are often assigned
based on routing rather than actual geographic location. Using the new tool is simple.
• Visit fourcornersfl.us
• Type or paste an address into the search bar
• Select the correct address
Once the correct address is selected, the tool will display the location and links to relevant county
services including Tax Collector, Property Appraiser, Supervisor of Elections, School District, Sheriff's
Office, Clerk of Courts, libraries and more.

Orange County District 1 Commissioner Nicole H. Wilson
"The new Four Corners address tool is a testament to what we can achieve through regional collaboration," said Orange County District 1 Commissioner Nicole H. Wilson. "By working together, we're empowering residents with information and access to the services they rely on, no matter which side of the county line they call home. This is a win for transparency, efficiency and the quality of life in our shared community."
Osceola County District 1 Commissioner Peggy Choudhry
"My top priority is ensuring that residents and small businesses in the Four Corners area of Osceola County's District 1 enjoy a quality of life free from the stress and confusion caused by crossing invisible county lines. This new website marks the beginning of a collaborative effort between Osceola, Lake, Orange, and Polk counties to bring clarity, consistency, and connection to this unique region," said Osceola County District 1 Commissioner Peggy Choudhry. "By working together, we're laying the groundwork for improved services, smarter transportation planning, and thoughtful growth management that truly reflects the needs of our shared community. This is more than just a tool-it's a step toward building a stronger, more unified Four Corners for today and for the future."
Polk County District 4 Commissioner Martha Santiago
"Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for residents in the Four Corners area to be able to quickly and effectively find which county offers services to them,'' said Polk County District 4 Commissioner Martha Santiago. "This new online address tool will make it easier to find out which county they need contact for law enforcement, property and tax information as well as public school information."
