Palm Bay Breeze apartments off site road work (turn lane construction)
Please see below and attached MOT notifications for road/lane closures for road operations.
The Contractor SFG will be performing road construction.
They have will have channelizing devices accordingly for Lane Detour/ shift operations.
The road/ lane closure will be at the following Location date and time:
Southbound lane just south of intersection of San Filippo Dr SE and Jupiter Blvd. ( 84 San Filippo Dr SE, Palm Bay, FL 32909) - 5/7/25 8pm - 6am Lane closures and sidewalk closures with detour routes.
The work will require temporary road/ lane closure.
Please use caution in these areas and plan your travels accordingly.
