Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright is advising BNP Paribas as financial adviser to Nuveen LLC (Nuveen), a Teachers Insurance Annuity Association company (TIAA) on its £9.9 billion recommended cash offer for Schroders plc (Schroders).
