Two Members of Governor Braun's Team Receive FGA Excellence in Public Service Award

INDIANAPOLIS - Governor Mike Braun congratulated Patrick Price and Adam Battalio, two members of his administration, for receiving the Foundation for Government Accountability's 2025 Excellence in Public Service Award.

The Foundation for Government Accountability (FGA) recognizes senior-level executive staff with the Excellence in Public Service Award for demonstrating exceptional commitment to public service and working beyond the call of duty for their state: these were the only two individuals honored with this award by the FGA for 2025. Patrick Price serves as General Counsel and Adam Battalio serves as Senior Policy Advisor.

" Indiana is receiving national recognition for the successes of our Freedom and Opportunity agenda, making life more affordable and bringing more jobs and higher wages to Indiana. The Foundation for Government Accountability has recognized two members of my team, Patrick Price and Adam Battalio, who have been instrumental in translating our agenda into results for Hoosiers. I'm proud to see their hard work recognized nationally." - Governor Mike Braun

FGA recognized Patrick Price for his work helping plan and execute Governor Braun's agenda, particularly during the administration's first 100 days. Price helped research and draft executive orders on deregulation, affordability, health care, and reform efforts, and FGA described him as an exceptional communicator, problem solver, and dedicated public servant.

FGA recognized Adam Battalio for his leadership on health care reform and the administration's "Make Indiana Healthy Again" efforts. Battalio helped develop executive orders to promote healthier food options while working with partners who share Governor Braun's agenda to expand freedom and opportunity in Indiana.

Earlier this year, Governor Braun was named FGA's 2025 Governor of the Year.
