8:30 a.m. - Executive Session
Pursuant to Colorado Revised Statute § 24-6-402 (4), upon the affirmative vote
of two-thirds of the quorum present, the La Plata County Board of County Commissioners will hold an executive session to discuss the following matters:

1. For purposes of the Board receiving legal advice on specific legal questions pursuant to Colo. Rev. Stat. § 24-6-402(4)(b). Purpose: La Plata County Fairgrounds and Colorado regulations pertaining to camping and requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

10:00 a.m. - Planning Agenda Meeting
The Board will consider:

1. PL20240210 Phoenix Composting Facility Preliminary Plan.
2. Consideration of Resolution 2026-09, A Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of La Plata County, Colorado Adopting the Colorado Wildfire Resiliency Model Code as a New Chapter 19 of the La Plata County Code.

The Board will attend the virtual CCI Steering Committee Legislative Briefing.
