Noticed a broken parking meter? Playground equipment that could use attention? A new pothole on your way to work?
With ICgovXpress, reporting everyday concerns in Iowa City is quick and easy. Residents can request services, ask questions, and submit non-emergency reports directly from a computer or smartphone.
From trash in yards and unshoveled sidewalks to apartment over-occupancy, ICgovXpress helps connect your concern to the right department. Simply visit https://www.icgov.org/report and select from 14 service categories, ranging from animal control to parking. Don't see your topic listed? Choose "General - Other," and the staff will route your request appropriately.
ICgovXpress is for non-emergency issues only and is not monitored 24/7.
When you submit a report, you'll receive a request number so you can track its progress. City staff may contact you if additional information is needed. Once your request is resolved, you'll be notified and invited to complete a brief survey about your experience. You may also choose to submit a report anonymously.
Most requests are addressed within just a few days.
Reporting an issue on the go is simple. ICgovXpress is available for download on Google Play and the App Store.
