People Powers Award Winner: Chris Fruechte

Congratulations to Manager, Facilities and Grounds Chris Fruechte for earning the July People Powers award! Chris was nominated by EVP and CFO April Wehling and Sr. Director, Supply Chain Steve Ziegeweid for acting with a Lead by Example mindset.

In their nominations, April and Steve highlighted Chris' commitment to excellence and safety. "Chris pays attention to detail and takes the time to thoroughly understand each project, anticipating potential challenges and addressing them proactively. His ability to see both the big picture and the small details ensures that his team is always prepared and positioned for success," said Steve.

Similarly, April recognized how he ensures "deadlines never take precedence over the well-being of his colleagues." This was especially evident in the boardroom remodel, where Chris and his team delivered an outstanding result on a tight timeline, without compromising on safety or quality. As April and Steve both note, Chris' dedication to excellence, safety and teamwork makes him an invaluable part of Dairyland.
