The University of New Mexico School of Engineering hosts its second annual Change and Empowerment Summit on Friday, Feb. 20, bringing together students, faculty, staff and postdoctoral fellows for a day of workshops and discussion centered on the theme Be the Change, Build the Change.
The summit takes place from 8:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. in the Centennial Engineering Center Stamm Room. All School of Engineering students, staff, faculty and postdoctoral fellows are invited to attend.
The daylong event will feature panel discussions, interactive working sessions and a keynote lunch focused on community engagement, justice-centered research and amplifying diverse voices within engineering education and practice.
