Carmen leverages her previous experience as general counsel for various entities, including real estate developers, private lenders and retail companies. Crystal West Edwards, a Principal in Porzio's Wealth Preservation Group, focuses her practice on matters involving elder law, special needs planning, estate planning, and estate administration. She is a trusted advisor to seniors, individuals with disabilities, and their families, navigating complex issues like asset preservation, tax planning, and government benefits eligibility.
Crystal is also highly regarded for her work with financial institutions and corporate fiduciaries, offering counsel on judicial and administrative accountings and trust-related matters.
