U.S. News and World Report (the global authority in education rankings) published its 2025 Best Online Programs rankings on January 21, 2025, recognizing the University of Cincinnati with 15 spots in the list of degree-granting university programs that affordably serve the educational needs of distance learners in a reasonable timeframe.
Programs within the College of Education, Criminal Justice, Human Services, and Information Technology (CECH) represent six of these rankings. CECH is ranked by U.S. News & World Reportfor the following online graduate programs:

"Being recognized with 6 of the top 15 rankings at UC in U.S. News & World Report is a testament to the hard work, dedication and passion of our faculty, staff and students. UC's Carl H. Lindner College of Business, College of Engineering and Applied Science, and College of Nursing were also featured in the published list for the following nationally recognized programs:
