HHHunt’s Day of Giving and September ECP 2025 Recap

Whether it's lending a hand to a local nonprofit, caring for our neighbors or joining in community projects, making a difference is woven into who we are. Here's a look at how our team gave back this September.

Day of Giving

Each year, as part of Apartment Living Employee Appreciation Week, we set aside a special day called the Day of Giving to serve our local communities. On this day, our Apartment Living offices close for business, so that our teams can come together to support local organizations, creating a tradition that not only strengthens team bonds but also leaves a lasting impact.

Here are just a few of the ways our teams gave back this year:

• Abberly Avera partnered with Habitat for Humanity ReStore in Manassas, VA.
• Abberly CenterPointe picked up trash at Midlo Mines Park.
• Abberly Liberty Crossing volunteered with Let Me Run.
• Abberly Riverwalk and Abberly Foundry assisted Matthew Twenty Five with wall construction, painting and meal preparation.
• Abberly NoDa Vista cooked and served meals for Ronald McDonald House Charities.
• Abberly Crossing joined a beach clean-up and a donation drive for Dorchester Paws.
• Abberly Village cleared trash at Saluda Shoals Park.
• Abberly Waterstone and Abberly at Southpoint teamed up to complete CPR training.
• Abberly Pointe helped beautify Burton Wells Park.
• Abberly Green prepared and provided free meals with FeedNC.
• Abberly West Ashley completed a beach sweep to clean Folly Beach.
• Abberly Twin Hickory collected trash in local neighborhoods.
• Abberly Place supported Community of Hope Ministries with donations.
• Abberly Square cleaned up the local roads.
• Abberly Grove partnered with a mobile food pantry to provide fresh food to families.
• Abberly Chase picked up trash at Jasper Park.
• Abberly Royal Creek volunteered with Inter-Faith Food Shuttle.

The Day of Giving demonstrated how deeply our Apartment Living teams care about their communities. And the spirit doesn't stop there, our HHHunt Homes team also brought their enthusiasm and commitment to serve.

REALTORS Give Back at Carolina Beach

On September 5, our Fawn Valley team in Wilmington, NC, proudly participated in the REALTORS Give Back Boardwalk event, in honor of Carolina Beach's Centennial "100 Acts of Beautification" initiative. Alongside other volunteers, they helped with planting projects designed to keep this beloved coastal destination vibrant and welcoming for years to come. It was a wonderful way to celebrate the town's milestone while making a meaningful contribution.
