Gov. Rhoden to Host Governor's Ag Summit
PIERRE, S.D. - Tomorrow, Governor Larry Rhoden will host the 2026 Governor's Agricultural Summit (Ag Summit). The Ag Summit will be a two-day event held June 25-26, 2026, in Pierre, South Dakota, at the Larkspur Landing Event Center.
Governor Rhoden will kick off the Ag Summit by giving a policy update on South Dakota's ag industry at 8:30 am CT/7:30 am MT on Thursday, June 25, 2026. The Governor will also present Jerry Schmitz with the Ag Ambassador Award. Following his policy update and award presentation, the Governor will hold media availability.
