S&C Advises Ares in Acquisition of Epika Fleet Services

A fund affiliated with Ares Management completed its acquisition of a majority stake in Epika Fleet Services, a leading mobile-focused provider of preventative maintenance and repair services for commercial trucking fleets. The transaction provides Epika with additional capital to support investments in the quality of its service offerings and expand its customer base in underserved geographies.
