On July 29, 2025, Larimar Therapeutics, Inc. (the "Company") announced in a preliminary prospectus supplement filed pursuant to Rule 424(b)(5) of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities Act"), that, as of June 30, 2025, the Company had approximately $138.5 million of cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities. The Company has not yet completed its quarter-end financialclose processes for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The review of the Company's financial statements for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 is ongoing and could result in changes to this amount.
