Willow Village project paused

The Willow Village project has been paused per Meta as of May 1.
The development agreement is still in effect, and the City will continue to review the applicant's compliance with the terms of the development agreement annually. The 2025 annual review will be held at the May 18 Planning Commission meeting. The meeting materials will be posted at menlopark.gov/agendas.
The housing units approved pursuant to the project had been considered and included in the City's 2023-2031 Housing Element. The City will evaluate potential impacts to the City's Housing Element.
The City will continue to keep the project page updated.
