Journey With CCTV Host Conrad Angel Corral to Mark’s Burgers in Cathedral City

Check out the latest episode of CCTV's regular segment promoting and highlighting new businesses opening throughout Cathedral City!

Host Conrad Angel Corral recently visited Mark's Burgers, located at 68-718 E Palm Canyon Dr, Suite 201, Cathedral City, CA 92234 (in the plaza with the Mary Pickford Theater). The restaurant is owned by Mark, a familiar face in the local restaurant scene who previously served as manager at the Date Palm Tony's Burgers before launching his own venture.

Mark's Burgers offers both indoor seating and a sizeable outdoor patio with mountain views. Guests can dig into juicy smash burgers, crispy saucy wings, and perfectly seasoned fries, all served fresh and hot. A cold beer is also on hand to complete the meal.

Among the menu favorites, MB's Sweet Habanero Wings stand out with their crispy texture and sweet, spicy punch. Another signature dish, the Mango Blaze, features beer-battered chicken topped with coleslaw, pickles, onions, pepper jack cheese, and Mango Habanero Sauce on a soft brioche bun. Seafood lovers can enjoy Baja Fish Tacos with coleslaw, avocado, and cilantro sauce. Their signature Smash Burgers come stacked with lettuce, tomato, caramelized onions, and MB's Special Sauce on a brioche bun with your choice of cheese.

Please support our small businesses in the area and shop local. They are the backbone of our local economy. Residents can watch new episodes on the City's Facebook page, Instagram account and YouTube channel, or watch CCTV (our government cable channel) on Spectrum Cable Channel 17.
