Immediate closure of intersection at 12th Ave SE and Arkansas Street for Line Repair

POSTED 10:52 AM 6/12/25: Due to a waterline break, the intersection of 12th Avenue SE and Arkansas Street will be immediately closed for repair work. Arkansas Street will be completely closed in this area; north- and southbound travel on 12th Avenue SE will be possible with limited lanes open for travel. Repairs are expected to be completed by 6 PM 6/12/25.
Relevant updates regarding this line break will be posted to this webpage for the public.
