ASPPH proudly hosted its third Undergraduate Network Leaders Retreat last week in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. The retreat brought together associate and assistant deans and directors of undergraduate public health programs from across the country for an opportunity to connect with peers, exchange ideas, and explore shared challenges and solutions for strengthening undergraduate public health education.

Centered on this year's theme, The Art of Leadership, participants reflected on their values and approaches as leaders. Programming included a perspective-taking session at the Ackland Art Museum, opportunities to practice coaching and being coached, discussions of issues facing undergraduate program leaders, and reflection on the legacies participants hope to leave through their leadership.

ASPPH extends special thanks to UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health for hosting this year's retreat, particularly Dr. Patsy Polston for leading the planning, Dean Nancy Messonnier for welcoming participants, and Dr. Greg Bocchino for leading the opening session.

The retreat continues to provide a dedicated space for undergraduate public health leaders to build connections, learn from one another, and strengthen leadership across the academic public health community.
