A huge well done to Paul, who has received this week's Word of the Week Award for GROWTH!

Since returning to school, Paul has shown some fantastic personal growth. Most impressively, he has achieved an incredible 95% engagement in lessons!

Alongside this, we have seen a real change in Paul's attitude towards learning, behaviour, maturity and the respect he shows towards others. He has also gone out of his way to welcome new members of staff and help them feel part of our Tyldesley community.

Growth isn't about being perfect - it's about recognising where we can improve, learning from our experiences and taking positive steps forward. 95% engagement is a fantastic reflection of just how far Paul has come.

We are incredibly proud to see Paul growing into a mature, kind and respectful young man.
