We've been actively setting the record straight for several years about false allegations related to a lawsuit from 2021. We always stand by our high standards.
A handful of people have asked us for an update on this case over the past week. Here's the latest:
We know that consumers are skeptical about food companies - there is a ton of bullshit out there. We're actively working to raise the standards for transparency, animal welfare and care for stakeholders in the food industry. So much credit should - and does - go to the 350 family farms that we work with to produce our eggs. These farmers are committed to the pasture raised standard, where every bird is free to roam on healthy pasture year-round.
We have built a reputation on delivering quality and ethical foods to households across the U.S., and that is not something we take lightly.
