10-Year Concessions Opportunity for Prince William Forest RV Park

TRIANGLE, Va. - The National Park Service (NPS) is offering a 10-year concessions opportunity for the Prince William Forest RV Park. The selected business will provide exclusive campground services and amenities to visitors at the 70-site RV campground, which offers convenient access to Prince William Forest Park and the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area.

Proposals should detail how offerors plan to provide RV campground services and amenities, including retail, propane sales, firewood sales, and laundry services. Additional offerings may include tent sites, storage sites, internet, cable and TV services, vending, bike rentals and camping equipment rentals. Recreational Adventures Company currently manages services at the RV campground.

"We're looking for a passionate and innovative operator committed to providing outstanding visitor services at the RV campground," said Prince William Forest Park Superintendent George Liffert.

Site Visit

A site visit, including an overview of campground operations and facilities for prospective offerors, is scheduled for Oct. 29, 2024, at 11 a.m. ET. Interested parties must email National Capital Region Concessions Program Manager Jason Freeze at [email protected] by noon ET on Oct. 25, 2024. Please provide your name, the name of the entity you represent, the primary contact information for the entity, and the number of people in your party.

All attendees must disclose the names of the entities they represent. The NPS will provide further details and directions via email to the primary contact. Participants are responsible for their lodging, meals, and transportation.
