The Leonard Bernstein Festival of the Creative Arts returns April 18-19, filling campus with 24 hours of creativity.
"Art Never Sleeps" will showcase music, theater, film, dance and visual art from across campus. The program runs from 6 p.m. Saturday through 6 p.m. Sunday, with outdoor performances, new works by Brandeis composers, student film, a documentary screening at the Rose Art Museum, among other events.
The festival was founded in 1952 by Leonard Bernstein, then a Brandeis faculty member, who believed in the power of art to affect social change.
The full schedule is available on the festival website.
