Lincolnshire Portfolio Company Acquires MSDP
Fuel system manufacturer Holley Performance Products, a portfolio company of Lincolnshire Management, has acquired MSDP Group from Z Capital Partners. Founded in 1970, MSDP designs, develops, tests and manufactures products including ignition controls, fuel injection systems, coils, timing accessories and spark plug wires. Z Capital Partners had backed MSDP since 2013. Jefferies served as financial advisor on the deal.
