AFRY signs framework agreement with Danish Road Directorate for traffic management and emergency preparedness

The framework agreement will see AFRY providing comprehensive advisory services across nine sub-contracts within Intelligent Traffic Systems (ITS), traffic management, traffic signaling systems, and emergency preparedness.

AFRY's services range from analysis, idea generation, planning, design, tendering, contracting, supervision, commissioning, and operation and maintenance. A holistic approach that ensures the delivery of innovative and effective traffic solutions that meet the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

"We are happy to be continuing our collaboration with the Danish Road Directorate. With over 30 years in traffic engineering, we ensure road user safety and mobility, and will apply our skills in traffic engineering, electrical installations, IT for critical infrastructure and civil engineering," says Kenneth Habo, Market Area Manager, Road & Rail, AFRY Denmark.

The framework agreement spans a duration of two years with the possibility of two 12-month extensions. Total value for all contracts and suppliers is estimated at SEK 148 million. The order value for AFRY is not specified.
