Road Closure Notice
Glenwood Road to be Closed for Bridge Inspection
(TOWN OF VESTAL, NY) - The Broome County Department of Public Works will be closing a section of Glenwood Road, a county-owned road located in the Town of Vestal, on January 17, 2025, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. The section of road will be closed to inspect the underside of the Glenwood Road Bridge over Choconut Creek.
The closure will be limited to the intersection of Glenwood Road and Underwood Road to the intersection of Glenwood Road and NYS Route 26, with access provided for local traffic only. All thru traffic will need to seek alternate routes while the road is closed.
