An Analysis of Actions and Investments Needed to Achieve Source Reduction
This report identifies potential approaches, and the associated actions and investments, needed to achieve the source reduction requirements in the Plastic Pollution Prevention and Packaging Producer Responsibility Act (Senate Bill 54, Allen, Chapter 75, Statutes of 2022). This report covers the second technical component out of two from the Source Reduction and Material Design study for the initial Statewide Needs Assessment.
