Guotai Haitong Forges Strategic Collaboration with Bloomberg to Accelerate Global Expansion

New two-year agreement will accelerate Guotai Haitong's internationalization, technological integration, and global market reach

Shanghai - Bloomberg and Guotai Haitong Securities Co., Ltd. ("Guotai Haitong") jointly announced a two-year strategic collaboration.

Looking ahead, the two parties will deepen cooperation in financial data, technology and market engagement. Building on Bloomberg's global expertise in market data and community, this collaboration will help Guotai Haitong advance its international business, data governance, wealth management and overseas family office services. They will also work toward expanding research content distribution and initiating brand initiatives to strengthen Guotai Haitong's global presence and enhance investor engagement. Drawing on Guotai Haitong's extensive local market expertise and industry-leading integrated financial services, the collaboration will support Bloomberg's expanding presence in China.
