On behalf of the United States of America, I extend heartfelt congratulations to Dominica and its people on your 46th Independence Day.
Our two nations stand together in our dedication to democracy and the common goal of providing a higher standard of living for our citizens. Through various initiatives, the United States and Dominica have collaborated to increase prosperity, enhance public safety, and combat climate challenges.
Under the Caribbean Basin Security Initiative, we have worked to tackle trafficking and criminal networks across borders. Together we are strengthening climate resilience with renewable energy projects through the U.S.-Caribbean Partnership to Address the Climate Crises (PACC 2030).
I wish you and all the people of Dominica a joyful Independence Day celebration and look forward to our continued collaboration in the future.
