HACU accepting applications for Emerging Leaders’ Summit at the University of Illinois Chicago, Oct. 2
The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities will host an Emerging Leaders' Summit on Oct. 2, 2025, from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. at the University of Illinois Chicago. Undergraduate and graduate students enrolled at HACU-member institutions in the Chicago area are eligible to apply to attend the Summit.
The one-day Summit will provide students an opportunity to learn about career opportunities from industry professionals. Participants will engage in intensive workshops, panel discussions focused on leadership development, career readiness and have the chance to connect with HACU's partners actively networking and recruiting for internship opportunities. Workshop topics will focus on leadership skills, networking, tips for resume writing, interviewing and securing internships.
The event is being presented in partnership with the University of Illinois Chicago and Latin American Recruitment and Educational Services (LARES).
