Water Main Break Impacts Part of East Cambridge
The Cambridge Water Department and Cambridge Police are currently on-scene of a water main break on 3rd Street near the intersection with Bent St. There are some road closures and service interruptions in the immediate vicinity while the necessary repairs are made. Six properties have been impacted, and representatives from the city have been in contact with their owners. CPD officers will be assisting with traffic and pedestrian safety while Water Department crews perform the repair work.
